What they needed: To sell their first home — a 1920s rowhouse with an old roof — without spending months on repairs or feeling lowballed.
How we got there: Kenny brought in a roofer he trusts for a quick quote, priced the house with the roof in mind, and staged just the front room. Honest disclosure meant no surprises at inspection.
Where they are now: Sold in 7 days at asking. They used the equity for a bigger place in Henrico — and we helped with that one too.
