About us
Lakida Homes Realty Group is a team of neighborhood experts serving Richmond City, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover and Goochland.
Whether you're a first-time buyer, a seasoned investor, or anything in between, we take the time to understand your goals — then find solutions that make sense for you.
We learn how you actually live before showing a single house.
Contracts and closing explained without the jargon.
If a house or a price isn't right, we'll tell you.
We live here, and know the streets, schools and contractors.
CEO & Founder
“I listen carefully to understand your real estate goals and work hard to create solutions that make sense for you.”
Kenny started Lakida Homes ten years ago with a simple idea: treat every client like a neighbor. He still works with buyers and sellers every week, and leads a team of agents who share that approach.
